Because many of our tools are used in active studios, classrooms, and workshops, we don’t operate under a one-size-fits-all return or refund policy.
Instead, we handle returns and refunds case by case, with the goal of making sure our customers are treated fairly and properly taken care of.
If there’s an issue with your order, whether it’s damage, a defect, a shipping problem, or something unexpected, please reach out to us. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Policy
We take care to pack and ship every order accurately and securely. Shipping timelines and methods may vary depending on order type, volume, carrier selection, and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary, especially during periods of high volume or seasonal demand.
Once an order ships, tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Customers select their preferred carrier and service level at checkout. We do our best to ship using the selected carrier; however, in some cases an alternate carrier or service may be used to ensure successful delivery due to availability, service disruptions, or destination-specific limitations.
USPS Economy Services
If you select the lowest-cost USPS shipping option, please note that these services can experience significant delays, limited tracking updates, and longer transit times. These delays are outside of our control and are more common during peak shipping periods.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery times vary based on destination and selected service. While we make every effort to ship promptly, transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International customers, please note:
Duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees assessed by the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. Mudtools is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
International shipments may require additional processing time and are subject to customs clearance procedures.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows a package as marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to investigate delivery scans and local drop-off details.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist where appropriate.
